Car runs red light & hits 2 women at Upper Thomson: Driver, 50, assisting with investigation
Police investigations are ongoing.
A driver failed to stop at a red light along Upper Thomson Road and ended up hitting two women who were making their way across the pedestrian crossing.
In response to Mothership's queries, the Singapore Police Force (SPF) and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they were alerted to the incident along Upper Thomson Road towards Thomson Road on Oct. 2 at about 1:10pm.
A 34-year-old woman was conveyed conscious to the hospital.

Car failed to stop
Dashcam footage shared on the SGRV Facebook page on Oct. 2 showed two people crossing the road.
The car that hit the women was on the right-most lane.
Both pedestrians had almost made it to the centre divider when they were struck.
Two women then exited the vehicle to check on the two pedestrians lying on the road.
Driver assisting with investigations
One woman was sent to Woodlands Health Campus.
A 50-year-old female car driver is assisting with investigations, which are ongoing.
