4 persons, aged 14 to 78, taken to hospital after accident at Woodlands Checkpoint
Three lanes were closed after the early-morning accident.
Four people were taken to hospital after an accident between a bus and a car at Woodlands Checkpoint on May 24 morning.
Three lanes were closed due to the accident until 9:09am, based on updates from the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) told Mothership that on May 24 at around 5:30am, they were alerted to an accident involving a bus and a car along Woodlands Crossing.

A silver car had collided with a yellow bus.
They appeared to have been heading in different directions before the crash.
ICA and SCDF personnel were at the scene.
Numerous emergency vehicles were also parked along the road.

Police said that a 48-year-old male car driver and his three passengers, aged between 14 and 78, were conveyed conscious to the hospital.
SCDF said two persons were brought to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and another two persons to Sengkang General Hospital.
Police investigations are ongoing.
Three lanes cordoned off
At 7:53am, ICA said in an X post that the accident had taken place at Woodlands Checkpoint towards the Causeway.
Three lanes were temporarily blocked at Woodlands Checkpoint as SCDF was washing the oil spillage at the accident site, ICA said.
At 9:09am, ICA provided an update that all lanes were opened for departing traffic.
However, it advised travellers planning to depart Singapore via Woodlands Checkpoint to expect delays.
