Man allegedly takes speaker from Bukit Batok shop, caught on CCTV

A man allegedly took a speaker from a Bukit Batok shop on Sep. 16.

He was caught on the stall's CCTV.

The incident apparently took place at 2pm that day, according to a TikTok video by @Top One Communication.

In the video, a man can be seen waiting at the shop with an orange plastic bag on the counter.

He then looked around before reaching forward and taking a speaker.

The man placed the speaker in the orange plastic bag and allegedly left the shop with it.

The video was also accompanied by the caption: "If you wanted it, you could have just said so — why did you have to steal it?"

Investigation

Responding to Mothership's queries, the Police confirm that a report was lodged and investigations are ongoing.
