A 56-year-old man was arrested for public nuisance after he was seen disrupting traffic and apparently throwing himself on the ground at Serangoon Central on Jul. 1, 2026.

Videos of the incident were posted on the "Singapore Incidents" Facebook page as well as on TikTok account "exclusiveshopper".

Disrupting traffic

Footage showed that the man was standing in different areas near a traffic light crossing.

Surrounded by two-lane roads in opposite directions, he then stretched out his arms to the front and side, appearing to block vehicles on the road.
