Some of the arrests were linked in follow-up investigations.
On Jun. 17, CNB officers raided a residential unit near Bedok North, resulting in the arrest of a 57-year-old Singaporean man for suspected drug-related offences.
Drug paraphernalia were also seized from the unit.
CNB conducted follow-up investigations that same day and arrested two more Singaporean men, aged 36 and 70, for suspected drug abuse.
A total of about 3g of "Ice" and a small amount of "Ecstasy" were seized from them.
Nightspot raids
Working together with the police and the Health Sciences Authority, the CNB led an enforcement operation at five nightlife establishments from Jun. 18 to 19.
The authorities checked close to 130 persons at these places, and did saliva tests on 61 of them on suspicion of drug consumption.
A 26-year-old female foreign national was arrested for suspected drug abuse.
CNB said investigations into the drug activities of all arrested suspects are ongoing.
