Man, 26, lies on Admiralty Rd at 3am & stops vehicles, arrested for public drunkenness
He is also being investigated for mischief.

A 26-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly stopped vehicles and laid in the middle of the road in the wee hours of the night.
A video on Facebook page SGRV Admin showed the man talking to a truck driver.
He was then seen lying on his back on the road, as other motorists and passers-by waved to stop oncoming vehicles.
In response to Mothership's queries, the Singapore Police Force said they received a call for assistance along Admiralty Road West on Jun. 14 at around 3:15am.
The man was arrested for drunkenness in public and is also being investigated for mischief.
Police investigations are ongoing.
