The most valuable six characters you better not overlook
To celebrate how rewarding your booking reference number can be, they are launching the “Pelago 10K Challenge” on May 23, which is all about turning those six characters into something unforgettable.
Here’s how it works:
- You must have downloaded the Pelago app and created an account by May 23, 2025 (12am, Singapore time).
- Ensure that you have a valid SIA or Scoot Booking Reference for travel from May 23, 8am onwards.
- On May 23, between 8am and 10pm, book a ride to Changi Airport Terminal 1, 2 or 3. Rides must be booked via the Grab app.
- If you are assigned a ride with a Pelago hanger, you have unlocked an opportunity to participate in the challenge.
- Inside the ride, you’ll find a locked luggage that gets you 10,000 in mystery currency. S$10,000 will be the top prize.
- On arrival at the airport, you will need to search for a Pelago crew member at the departure drop-off point.
- Once you find the Pelago crew member, follow the instructions carefully to unlock the locked luggage with your Booking Reference and Pelago app.
- Only the first 10 eligible participants who successfully unlock the locked luggage will win a prize.
This campaign is only open to participants with a Singapore bank account (for prize disbursements via Paynow or local bank transfer).
