Glass floor swimming pool in Orchard hotel leaves guests feeling like they're floating over S'pore
Scary fun.

A hotel in the Orchard area in Singapore has a funky architectural feature protruding from the top of the building.

It is for people who like water and are not afraid of heights — at the same time.
That is because the protrusion is a rooftop pool.
And how it works and what it looks like is making the rounds online.
One of the best pools in Singapore?
A travel TikTok account, run by a UK-based duo, posted a video about the pool, which they called "one of the best swimming pools in Singapore".
"It's a leg trembler," the video was captioned, as it showed a swimmer walking over the glass.
The glass segment appeared to comprise only part of the floor at the end of the pool.
@handluggageonly It’s a leg trembler 😄😄 It’s the rooftop pool at the Artyzen Hotel in Orchard in Singapore and it’s definitely not short of amazing views… #Singapore #ArtyzenHotel #Travel #RooftopPool ♬ original sound - Hand Luggage Only
Feel like you're floating
Reactions were pretty divided.
"I would be rattling at the other end of the pool knowing it's even there," one commented.
Another remarked: "Wait that looks so fun."
The pool is located at Artyzen Singapore, a five-star hotel along Cuscaden Road.
While the "floating pool" doesn't appear to be new, it's still pretty cool.
The 25-metre infinity pool has a partial glass bottom and is equipped with underwater speakers.
Here's what it looks like from the outside, another video showed:

As with most hotels, the pool is only open to guests.
This will cost you a cool S$383 a night for their most basic room, according to their website.
Honestly though? It might be worth it.
