Raffles Sentosa S'pore to open on Mar. 1, 2025, villa bookings from S$1,398++ per night

Raffles Sentosa Singapore, the second Raffles Hotel in the country, is slated to begin operations on Mar. 1, 2025.

Dubbed Singapore's "first all-villa resort", the property comes with 62 villas, each featuring a private pool, outdoor terrace, and floor-to-ceiling windows that capture a panoramic view of its surroundings, a Jan. 15 press release announced.

According to its website, the resort is located along Bukit Manis Road, neighbouring Sofitel Singapore Resort and Spa.

Details of the resort

According to the resort, it is nestled within 100,000 sqm of greenery and situated on a hilltop in Sentosa, offering "a secluded natural setting" for its guests.

The size of the resort's villas ranged from 210 sqm (one-bedroom pool villa) to 650 sqm (four-bedroom Royal Villa).

The resort will also come with five restaurants and lounges, a spa with 13 treatment rooms, and two state-of-the-art ballrooms.

The larger ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests, added the resort.

Bookings from S$1,398++

According to the resort, it is now taking enquiries for bookings, including for stays, weddings, and events, as well as spa and dining experiences.

Those keen to stay at the resort’s villas can book its “Welcome Home” Experience from now till May 31.

Rates will start from S$1,398++ per villa per night, which include daily breakfast and round-trip transfers between the resort and Changi Airport, Marina Bay Cruise Centre, and staycationers’ homes.

Do note the rates are subject to a 10 per cent service charge and the prevailing government tax.
