It is the sister brand of Hachiki-an, a Kyoto-based fine-dining establishment specialising in chicken cuisine since 1970.
Founded in 2022, Kyoto Hachicken Ramen was originally launched in Bangkok, Thailand and now plans to expand globally.
According to the restaurant, it takes pride in brewing the chicken broth in-store.
Mothership understands that Hachicken Ramen is applying for halal certification.
