GCE O-Level results to be released on Jan. 10, JAE results out on Feb. 4

The results for the 2024 Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE O-Level) examinations will be released on Friday, Jan. 10, at 2:30pm.

School candidates

MOE announced in a press release that school candidates can receive their results from their respective secondary schools on Jan. 10 from 2:30pm.

The schools will share details on the collection arrangement.

Those who are not able to collect their results in person can appoint a proxy to collect a physical copy of their results on their behalf.

Proxies will be required to produce relevant documents for the school's verification during collection.

School candidates may also contact their schools for assistance if they cannot appoint a proxy.

Private candidates

Private candidates eligible for Singpass can check their results online using their Singpass account.

They can log into the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB) Candidates Portal and view their results from 3:15pm on Jan. 10.

Private candidates not eligible for Singpass can still view their results through the Candidates Portal using the account they created during registration.

Joint Admission exercise

Students who wish to apply to junior colleges (JC), Millennia Institute (MI), polytechnics, and the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) may do so via the Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE) using their O-Level examination results.

Eligible school and private candidates will receive a digital copy of the form via their registered email from 3 pm onwards on Jan. 10.

The form can also be downloaded from the JAE-Internet System during the application period.

Applicants can submit their course choices through the JAE-Internet System from 4pm on Jan. 10 to 4pm on Jan. 15.

The posting results for JAE will be released on Feb. 4 via SMS that will be sent to the Singapore phone number registered by the applicant or through the JAE-Internet system.

Those posted to JCs and MI are to report to their respective schools on Feb.5.

Applicants posted to ITE will receive an email with enrolment details on Feb. 4.

Those posted to polytechnics will receive their enrolment details by end-February 2025.
