Cold Storage & Giant to offer S$6 return voucher with minimum S$60 spend with CDC vouchers
Woohoo!
In case you missed it, Singapore households can now claim S$300 in Community Development Council (CDC) vouchers.
For each set of vouchers, S$150 can be used at participating supermarkets, while the other S$150 can be used at participating heartland merchants and hawkers.
Both Cold Storage Singapore and Giant announced that from Jan. 3 to 9, shoppers who use their CDC vouchers to spend a minimum of S$60 can receive a S$6 return voucher.
In addition, shoppers can receive 600 yuu points worth S$3.

Claiming CDC vouchers
Singapore households can claim their vouchers online from Jan. 3. They will expire on Dec. 31.
To claim your vouchers, you will need to go to go.gov.sg/cdcv and log in via Singpass.
You'll see the two types of vouchers: The first for participating hawkers and heartland merchants and the second for supermarkets.
The CDC Voucher Scheme, launched in 2021, has been a regular part of the Budget for the past four years.
In the first year, the vouchers were given to Singaporean households to help them defray the higher cost of living brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic. Subsequently, the vouchers were given out as part of various support packages to help with daily expenses amid high inflation and an increase in the Goods & Services Tax (GST).
In addition, the vouchers are meant to be spent at hawker centres, heartland shops, and supermarkets to support local businesses.
