Minion Land at Universal Studios S'pore to open on Feb. 14

The new Minion Land will open at Universal Studios Singapore (USS) on Feb. 14, 2025.

Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) announced that the new land will feature new experiences, including themed dining, exclusive merchandise, a show, and previously announced rides.

In 2022, it was announced that the new zone would include an original ride exclusive to Universal Studios, along with Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, an immersive motion-simulator 3D ride featuring a hyper-realistic projection system.

Minion Land began construction in the second quarter of 2022, taking over the Madagascar zone.

Themed dining

Guest will be able to dine at the Super Hungry Food stand, a boardwalk eatery inspired by the snack stand seen in the movie Despicable Me.

The eatery will offer a Japanese curry chicken karaage rice with the rice shaped to look like a minion.

There will also be a vegan burger and a rainbow cheesecake inspired by Fluffy the Unicorn.

Shopping

For those who love to splurge on merchandise, Minion Marketplace will include three retail environments selling Minion-themed merchandise.

There will also be an exclusive launch of Sakura-themed Minion merchandise in March 2025.

Show, characters & rides

For those who enjoy shows, the Minions, Margo, Edith and Agnes will star in a new show, Minute of Minion Mayhem.

The show will feature fart guns, dancing, along with a meet-and-greet at the end.

The Minions, Gru, Lucy, and other characters will also be out and about for additional meet-and-greets.

The land will also see new rides, like Buggie Boogie, the first-ever Minion dance party-themed carousel, and Silly Swirly.
