An app glitch occurred on Malaysia's GrabFood platform on Monday afternoon, Oct. 28, 2024.

Customers discovered to their surprise that they were able to check out one-for-one bundle orders at little or no cost.

A post on Xiaohongshu by user included a screenshot of the glitch during a KFC checkout.

Several comments on the post indicated that many users in Malaysia faced the same issue, especially with orders from KFC and Pizza Hut.

Screenshots included in the comments demonstrated that the total price at checkout displayed negative amounts.

However, others in the comment section reported that they did not experience the glitch.

Mothership attempted to check out bundle items on the Malaysia GrabFood platform, but did not experience the same issue.

The standard bundle offer discount was applied as normal.
