In the video, a white minibus could be seen to have mounted the road divider in the middle of the ECP next to the first lane.
Its rear passenger door was ajar while a man stood next to the vehicle, on the phone.
The wooden barriers behind the minibus on its left side could be seen partially dislodged.
Debris and broken plant pots were scattered across the first and second lanes, and other vehicles slowed down to navigate past the accident scene.
The police said no injuries were reported from the incident, and that a 30-year-old male van driver is assisting with police investigations.Top photos via Singapore roads accident.com新加坡公路意外网页/Facebook
