Picking the right gym can be tough.

You might recognise 24/7 Fitness by its previous name, Gymmboxx.

24/7 Fitness is a Hong Kong-based brand, which merged with Gymmboxx back in May 2024.

As the name suggests, its outlets are open 24/7, making scheduling your workouts fairly fuss-free.

No Joining Fees

24/7 Fitness promises transparency with its membership structure. So, what you see is what you get.

There is a no-joining fee policy, and there are no additional charges for a membership card.

It also helps that instead of a card or key fob, facial recognition terminals are used.

Having to just look into a camera makes the check-in process way smoother.

Moreover, it means that you do not need to fret about forgetting to bring your card along to the gym or losing it.

The membership also grants you access to more than 150 gyms spanning Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Macau and Taiwan.

Brand New Orchard Outlet

The new gym now open at Orchard is large, spanning 10,000 sq ft.

That's about the size of 11 badminton courts.

The gym features 2 functional training areas where members can do circuit training or mobility drills.

There will be Life Fitness, GYM80 and Hammer Strength plate-loaded machines at the new Orchard outlet.

There will also be 4 power racks, 2 deadlifting platforms and 2 Smith machines, so you are less likely to run into situations where you need to share racks.

The gym is accessible too, being fairly close to Orchard MRT station and at level 4 of Pacific Plaza.

Membership fees

The following rates are fixed across all of 24/7 Fitness’ gyms, and are inclusive of GST:

• 12 months package: S$98 per month
• 6 months package: S$128 per month
• 1 month package: S$178 per month
