WHAT is this role about?

As a Project Executive for sponsored content, you will support our commercial and editorial colleagues in managing project workflows and timelines, as well as ensuring the quality of our sponsored content. 

A snippet of what you can expect to be doing on a daily basis: 

Content Assignment Management:

  • Collaborate with content creators, editors, and other team members to understand project requirements.
  • Assign content tasks to appropriate team members based on skill sets, workload, and project deadlines.
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of ongoing and upcoming content projects.

Production Timeline Oversight:

  • Develop and manage production timelines for various content projects.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, highlighting potential delays or issues.
  • Ensure that all content production stays within established timelines and meets quality standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between different departments to streamline communication and project coordination.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating effective communication among team members.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the content creation process.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular quality checks on content to ensure adherence to guidelines and standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to content creators to enhance overall quality.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of content assignments, timelines, and project progress.
  • Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

If you possess:

  • Relevant experience in project management or administrative roles, preferably in a media / content creation environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in productivity tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
