WHAT is this role about?

As the HR and Admin Assistant, you will work as part of Mothership’s Corporate Development team to support the daily operational and administrative needs of both the wider Company and the HR department. 

You will be tasked with the execution of both HR and the wider company's initiatives, policies and procedures. You will also support the leaders of the firm and employees, and work with the team to build a strong and unique work culture.

A snippet of what you can expect to be doing on a day-to-day basis:

  • Full spectrum of HR administration
  • Support in implementing new company initiatives and wellness programs, which includes sourcing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and stakeholders
  • Communicating, enforcing and educating colleagues on the Company’s policies, processes and procedures
  • Function as the Process champion within the Company and proactively identify ways to enhance work processes
  • Work with Corporate Development to provide support on HR related matters to employees and managers
  • Support any ad-hoc administrative-related requests

WHO should consider?

We are looking for someone with a diploma/degree in Human Resources studies with at least one year of relevant experience in a general HR and Administration role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences are welcome to apply.

  • Has good working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Is a fast learner and problem solver
  • Is meticulous and able to prioritise multiple conflicting deadlines
  • Is resourceful, independent and requires minimal supervision or hand-holding
  • Would prefer to challenge the status quo and is not afraid to advocate change
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Google suite
