A SG Road Vigilante video captured a man in a white shirt and white cap running along the road shoulder of the expressway.
Land Transport Authority (LTA) officers can be seen chasing after him in the next clip.
The caption of the video claimed that the man was running away from the police after a collision with a taxi on the first lane.
