Taxi flips onto its side in accident with car in Bukit Batok, 5 people taken to hospital

A collision between a taxi and a car at Bukit Batok Street 25 resulted in five people being conveyed to the hospital on Feb. 1 afternoon.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force confirmed that they received a call for assistance at 4:15pm.

The five people conveyed conscious to the National University Hospital are aged between 20 and 80 years old.

Photos of the taxi taken in the aftermath of the accident showed the vehicle resting on its side on the pedestrian walkway.

Police investigations are ongoing.
