The Orie condo at Toa Payoh draws 8,000 visitors to sales gallery over 3 days
It is the first private residential launch in Toa Payoh since 2016.
A new condominium is coming up in Toa Payoh and buyer interest is apparently healthy.
This was after about 8,000 people visited the sales gallery of The Orie over a three-day period from Jan. 3 to 5, EdgeProp reported.
Why the interest?
The 777-unit condominium, which will be located at Toa Payoh Lorong 1, is among the first residential launches in 2025.
It is also the first private residential launch in Toa Payoh since 2016, it was also reported.
Located within a five-minute walk of Braddell MRT station, the project is in District 12 of the Rest of Central Region (RCR).
The developer of The Orie is a consortium comprising City Developments Limited (CDL), Frasers Property and Sekisui House.
According to the consortium, sales bookings will commence on Saturday, Jan. 18.
A mix of units will be available, from one-bedroom plus study to five-bedroom apartments.
Prices range from S$1.28 million for a 517 sq ft one-bedroom plus study (at S$2,476 per sq ft) , to S$3.48 million for a 1,453 sq ft five-bedroom with private lift (at S$2,395 per sq ft).
