Named Ghost Kakigori, the NEX location is their first outlet in Singapore.
Shaved ice dessert
The cold dessert, also known as kakigori in Japanese, comes in multiple flavours and is made using machines imported from Japan.
Here's what we tried:
Bean and Matcha (S$14.90)
This kakigori consists of matcha-flavoured ice topped with sweet mashed red beans from Hokkaido.

Mango Sago Koori (S$12.90)
The tangy Mango Sago Koori kakigori comes with sweet mango pieces and mango-flavoured ice.

Flamed Strawberry Brulee (S$14.90)
This unique offering is topped with cheese foam and sugar granules, blowtorched for an added toasty, caramelised flavour.

Shiroi Koibito (S$16.90)
The outlet-exclusive kakigori is named after the popular cookie from Hokkaido.
The milky dessert comes with a Shiroi Koibito cookie, silver gem sprinkles, along with cookies and cream sticks.

Dorayaki (from S$3.90)
Ghost Kakigori also makes dorayaki in-house, daily.
Here are some flavours they have:
Matcha Red Bean (S$4.30)
This consists of light matcha cream and red bean paste.

This one was filled with sweet taro paste and chewy mochi.
