S'pore Michelin-starred Chef Kang teaming up with Path Restaurant for CNY to sell Pen Cai

Chef Kang, who closed his one Michelin star restaurant, Chef Kang's, on Oct. 10, 2024, is back for Chinese New Year.
The retired chef will be collaborating with Path Restaurant to make Pen Cai, a beloved traditional Cantonese dish that symbolises wealth and abundance.
The Path x Chef Kang Pen Cai
From now till 11:59pm on Jan. 21, 2025, the Chef Kang Pen Cai is available for advance orders.
Orders can be collected from Jan. 14 to Jan. 28.
However, Path Restaurant is closed on Sundays and pick-up will not be available on those days.
There is also only one slot for pick-ups on Saturdays at 5pm.
