Man allegedly throws rubbish bin onto Pasir Ris road, police investigating

A man allegedly threw a rubbish bin onto the road in Pasir Ris and the police are investigating.

The incident occurred near Block 442 Pasir Ris Drive 6 on Jan. 5.

The police said they received a call for assistance at about 11:40pm.

Police investigations are ongoing.

What video showed

A video showing the aftermath of the incident was put up online.

The overturned rubbish bin and debris on the road could be seen blocking traffic.

Honking from a vehicle could be heard.

In the clip, three men could be seen walking away from the road.

One of the men was seen gesturing for the vehicle to continue forward.

A woman could be heard off-camera apparently telling another person to "ignore them" and not get into "trouble".
