M'sia company gives car & S$243,600 bungalow to staff with good performance

A company in Malaysia has gone all out to reward its staff — with vehicles, overseas trips, and even a bungalow.

The provision of lavish gifts was shared on TikTok by @kaktiii01, an employee of the company.

The 20-second video showed the woman's employer JRM Holistik, a company selling healthcare products, giving out rewards to top-performing employees during its annual dinner.

Lavish gifts

One employee got a double-storey terrace worth RM430,000 (S$130,900), while another received a bungalow worth RM800,000 (S$243,600).

Other employees received a luxury bedroom set worth RM10,000 (S$3,045), a Perodua Myvi worth RM50,000 (S$15,200), as well as an all-expenses-paid pilgrimage trip to Mecca.

The employee who posted about the event on TikTok shared that she was awarded a house.

She also clarified that JRM Holistik is not a multi-level marketing or an insurance company.

She explained that the reward was "not a lucky draw", but based on performance.
