Giraffa, the popular Japanese curry cheese bun brand from Japan, has opened its first outlet in Singapore.

The new store is located at level two of Westgate Mall.

Originally from Kamakura, Japan, Giraffa specialises in a unique menu offering: deep-fried cheese curry buns.

Japanese Curry Cheese Bread (S$5.60)

The buns are crafted from a milk-flavoured dough, lightly breaded and deep-fried to create a crispy exterior.

Inside, they are filled with a gooey, cheesy curry that has a blend of over 30 spices, with pork and beef added.

The curry also includes a blend of honey, apples, tomatoes and wine.

Opening promotion

As part of the opening promo, Giraffa is offering a one-for-one deal on their Japanese Curry Cheese Bread, priced at S$5.60 for two.

The promotion is available for an unspecified period.
