A small white dog was filmed sprinting onto Cluny Road, colliding with the side of a car and collapsing on the road.
In a video uploaded by Beh Chia Lor on Facebook, the incident was captured on Jan. 10 at 7:24 a.m. outside the Singapore Botanic Gardens.
The pup appeared to have escaped from its handler before it dashed onto the road into oncoming traffic.
Collision
Once the dog broke away from its handler, it ran across Cluny Road into oncoming traffic. Its handler, in a white outfit, could be seen chasing after the pup.
The pup then collided with the back wheel of a black car.
It is unknown if the driver realised their car collided with the dog.
The caption said the wheel appeared to have run over the dog's head and/or legs.
The dog lay motionless on the road as the handler rushed towards the dog.
