Woman, 30, found dead in Dover flat, man linked to the case had left S'pore
The man and the woman are known to each other, said the police.
A 30-year-old woman was found lying motionless inside a residential unit at Block 1 Dover Road at around 5:10pm on Dec. 2.
She was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) paramedics, reported Lianhe Zaobao.

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) confirmed with Mothership that they received a call for assistance regarding the incident on Dec. 2.
Preliminary investigations revealed that a 34-year-old man, who is believed to be able to assist with investigations, had left Singapore prior to the call for assistance.
The man and the woman are known to each other.
Police investigations are ongoing.
Around 10 police officers at scene
When The Straits Times reporters arrived at the Housing and Development Board (HDB) block at around 8pm, they noticed two police cars on the ground floor.
Meanwhile, a Crime Scene Investigation vehicle was on its way out of the estate.
The unit where the woman's body was found had been cordoned off.
Outside the unit, the reporters saw around 10 plainclothes and uniformed police officers.
ST reported that it understands that officers from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) were also present at the scene.
According to SPF's website, the CID is in charge of "investigating serious crimes and sensitive cases", which include murder and bomb blast incidents, amongst others.
