Woman, 30, apprehended after hanging over parapet at Tengah HDB
The rescuers successfully pulled the woman over the ledge and into the corridor.

A 30-year-old woman was apprehended under the Mental Health Act after she was found on a ledge in Tengah in the wee hours of Dec. 1.
A video of the incident was posted onto Chinese social media site xiaohongshu.
The video showed at least three people trying to help pull the woman in, who can be seen with her lower body hanging over the parapet at a block of Housing and Development Board (HDB) flats.
The rescuers successfully pulled the woman over the parapet and into the corridor.
Responding to queries from Mothership, the police and SCDF said that they received a call for assistance at Block 119C Plantation Crescent at about 12:20am.
A 30-year-old woman was apprehended under Section 7 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act and conveyed conscious to Ng Teng Fong hospital, the authorities said.
