Toys 'R' Us no longer providing gift-wrapping services
Customers will receive free wrapping paper with their purchases, however.

Toys "R" Us will not be providing any gift-wrapping services for customers.
According to a Mothership reader, she noticed a sign informing customers about the cessation hanging off a shelf at Toys "R" Us' Tampines Mall outlet.

She added that she was unaware that Toys "R" Us had stopped providing this service until she had stepped into the store.
A notice that Toys "R" Us would cease its gift wrapping services was shared to its social media earlier on Oct. 22, 2024.
According to the notice, the stores' "elves" are taking a "well-deserved break".
Toys "R" Us added that customers will be provided with free, newly designed wrapping paper however, with their purchases.
