It is believed that the car collided with the road divider before flipping over.

Police seen speaking to three individuals

Three individuals can be seen in the video speaking with a Traffic Police officer at the scene.

Among those individuals was a young boy, who stood next to two women believed to be assisting with the investigation.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) told Mothership that they were alerted to a road traffic accident along Airport Boulevard at approximately 1:35 pm.

SCDF assessed four people for minor injuries, but all declined to be transported to hospital.

Netizens suspect driver was speeding and missed car park entrance

Many netizens left comments speculating about the cause of such a dramatic overturn.

One user suggested that the driver might have attempted a last-minute turn into the car park, hitting the kerb with the front wheel, causing the car to flip and crash into the wall.

He recommended that, if the driver missed the turn, they should have simply gone around and tried again.

Another commenter argued that such an incident would not have been possible if the car park entrance required slow speeds.

It is believed that the driver must have been moving at high speeds to enter the car park.

This theory seemed to be widely shared, with one user proposing that a speed bump be installed near the car park entrance to slow down vehicles that are going too fast.

A user pointed out that drivers need to plan their routes carefully, as incidents like this can result in significant repair costs and damage.
