Hi Hot Pot has opened its first outlet in Singapore at City Square Mall.

It is a new hotpot concept under the parent company of the Chinese hotpot chain, Haidilao.
The restaurant offers a diverse menu, featuring both signature dishes and new soup bases.

Self-service concept
Hi Hot Pot operates with a self-service concept.
Each table is equipped with a drawer containing clean bowls, utensils, disposable gloves and wet wipes.
For an additional S$1, customers can enjoy free-flow beverages, traditional Chengdu-style jelly, a variety of sauces and appetisers at the self-service bar.

New soup bases
Hi Hot Pot introduces six new premium soup bases on the menu:
- Signature HK Golden Soup with Fish Maw Pot
- Exclusive Sichuan Suancai Fish Pot
- Classic Secret Soy Aromatic Spiced Shrimp Pot
- Nourishing Herbal Chicken Pot
- Nanyang Signature Curry Chicken Pot
- Nourishing Collagen Herbal Pork Trotters Pot
It also caters to different dining groups with small and large pot options priced from S$29.90 to S$59.90++.

A thick and savoury soup base with chicken meat and carrots.

A mild spicy soup with a taste similar to mala.
It comes with a generous serving of easy-to-peel-cooked shrimp.
