If you're looking to level up the festive cheer and "sleigh" your Christmas celebrations a little harder this year, we've got you covered.

For those with a sweet tooth

Chara Brasserie

If you live for desserts, this one's for you.

Chara Brasserie, a Mediterranean-Asian restaurant that has recently received their Halal certification, is adding a festive twist to its regular buffet spread this holiday season.

These festive offerings will be available until Dec. 31.

However, the full Christmas experience will take centre stage only from Dec. 20 to 25.

In addition to Christmas-inspired sushi rolls and a variety of roasts, Chara Brasserie's Special Christmas Buffet boasts an extensive dessert table and a DIY sundae station guaranteed to round off your meal on the perfect note.

This is priced at S$88++ for lunch and S$98++ for dinner.

From now to Dec. 31, the restaurant is also running a promotion of 25 per cent off the above prices, in celebration of their newly awarded halal certification.

Orchard Cafe

Featuring a chocolate fountain and over 10 other desserts on their menu, Orchard Cafe's Flaming Festive Buffet is another not to be missed.

Some dessert highlights include tiramisu, sticky toffee pudding, durian pengat (a smooth, creamy treat) and a live station serving Lychee Crispy Raspberry Espuma.

The festive buffet runs till Dec. 31.

Discounts of up to 50 per cent off apply for MyMillennium members who make their reservations in advance.

Most extravagant spreads

Makan@JEN

Located in Hotel JEN at Orchardgateway, Makan@JEN serves a variety of cuisines, with both indoor and al fresco dining options that offer a view of Singapore's bustling city streets.

Their festive buffet runs till Dec. 28.

Some menu highlights include a whole turkey with burned butter giblet sauce, lamb leg braised with whiskey and topped with chestnut and crushed candies cane, and gammon ham with flavours inspired by the Singapore Sling cocktail.

The restaurant is also running various promotions (for adult customers only) to cushion the blow to your wallet:

Edge

Like Makan@JEN, Edge at Pan Pacific Singapore is also serving up a myriad of Asian cuisines this Christmas, boasting a tandoori oven, as well as rojak and takoyaki live stations.

Their festive buffet extends to New Year's Day in 2025.

Brunches at Edge -- exclusive to weekends and public holidays -- are particularly lavish, featuring foie gras, chilli crab with mantou and gingerbread spice seared salmon, among other delicacies.

Those with a sweet tooth can also indulge in 16 different dessert options available daily, ranging from traditional European pastries like Gugelhupf to Asian delights such as durian pengat.

Edge is serving neither lunch nor brunch on Christmas Eve.

If you're dining with kids, then Sunday brunches might make for a particularly memorable meal, with roaming balloon artists, a dedicated kids' play area, and a buffet curated especially for little ones.

However, this is exclusive to the restaurant's New Year's Eve dinner rotation.

Having dubbed themselves a "botanical eden", Ginger's floral-adorned walls and pastel-coloured furniture offer a chic and cosy ambience that provides the perfect backdrop for your Instagram posts.

Their festive buffet is available till Jan. 1, 2025, and appears to serve primarily Asian offerings.

Seasonal highlights include roast turkey, cheese-baked lobster and chilli crab.

Portman's Bar is another Instagram-worthy spot you can consider for your festive indulgence.

The cocktail bar is located in the lobby of Parkroyal Collection at Marina Bay, and is surrounded by foliage.

Booths are encased within intertwining, bud-shaped structures, making for a private yet elevated dining experience.

Till Jan. 2, 2025, Portman's Bar is serving an afternoon tea spread brimming with Christmas treats.

These include cakes shaped like presents and Santa's hat, as well as an ice-cream meringue cake flambéed with rum - perfect for your photo ops.

The afternoon tea set is available from 1pm to 5pm daily.

Prices are tiered at S$68++, S$88++ and S$118++ per pax. A minimum of two pax is required to dine.

Princess Terrace

Unlike the international buffet spreads listed above, the flavours served by this restaurant may hit a little closer to home.

Nestled along Havelock Road, Princess Terrace specialises in Penang Street cuisine and authentic Peranakan fare.

Till Jan. 5, 2025, festive specials like nonya-style turkey and lobster Hokkien mee will be on the restaurant's buffet rotation.

Selected dishes will also be available for takeaway, alongside log cakes and other seasonal treats.

Customers who order before Dec. 23 will receive 15 per cent off.

DBS, OCBC, UOB, Maybank and HSBC cardholders enjoy 20 per cent off their dining bill.
