In response to Mothership's queries, the Singapore Police Force (SPF) said they were alerted to an accident involving a car at about 7:05am.

It was believed that the car self-skidded at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 and 8.

Two flick knives, one penknife, a knuckle duster, two e-vaporisers, controlled drugs and drug paraphernalia, were found in the car.

A 35-year-old male car driver was arrested for possession of offensive weapon and suspected drug-trafficking offences.
