A black car mounted a road divider and hit the railing along Bukit Timah Road towards Upper Bukit Timah Road during the wee hours of Dec. 18.

The scene of the aftermath of the incident was put up on TikTok.

The front of the car and the railing were severely damaged.

Multiple pieces of the green railing were strewn on the road.

According to the video, another dark coloured car was seen parked next to the car that crashed.

Two men, presumably the drivers of the stationary vehicles, were seen standing on the road.

The vehicle with the person filming inside had to slow down to avoid the debris on the road.
