Hokkaido winter-exclusive confectionery brand Snowsand at Takashimaya till Dec. 26

Snowsand, a winter-exclusive confectionery from Hokkaido, is having its first pop-up in Singapore.
The pop-up is located at the B2 Food Hall in Takashimaya.
It will run until Dec. 26, 2024.
The brand is part of the same company behind Bake Cheese Tart and Press Butter Sand.
Snowsand uses seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido, including milk from their free-range farm in Hidaka.
Snowsand will feature two signature products, Snowsand and Snowball, at the pop-up.
Here's what we tried:
Snowsand Chocolate Sandwich (from S$22 for eight pieces)
A crispy Langue de Chat cookie with a chocolate filling.
It is made with ingredients from Hokkaido, including winter-produced pasture milk, butter and wheat flour.
Snowball Chocolate Truffle (S$16 for nine pieces)
Fresh Hokkaido cream encased in rich chocolate.
