After being spotted at Bird Paradise in Mandai, Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong shared some pictures from the outing with his family.
SM Lee shared pictures he captured of the birds in the park to his Facebook on Nov. 8, 2024.
He said birds are a "challenging but fun subject" for photographers, as one needs to be fast and lucky to catch them in the best pose.
"Still a rookie in bird photography – I haven't managed to catch any in flight yet," he added.
SM Lee also said he was glad to see so many visitors at Bird Paradise, noting that over a million guests have visited the park since its soft opening in May 2023.
"With school holidays starting next week, it's a great opportunity to visit Bird Paradise and the other parks under Mandai Wildlife Reserve with friends and family, if you haven't already!"
