Don’t know what to buy for your friends this Christmas? Here’s a guide on what to get based on their neighbourhood.
Someone in Bedok bought 500 boxes of tissues on Valentine’s Day.
From Oct. 29 to Nov. 11, expect Shopee items to reach their lowest prices this year.
This is a sign for you to do all the gift-shopping you’ve been putting off, and get something nice for all your friends and family, in time for Christmas.
However, you might have run out of ideas on what to give people, or an acquaintance is hosting a party, and you don’t want to show up empty-handed, but you aren’t exactly sure what they might like.
Don’t worry.
This 11.11, Shopee will be releasing shopping guides customised to different neighbourhoods in Singapore.
Customised #ShopeeFacts will be released specific to each neighbourhood, along with shopping recommendations for 11.11.
Here are some #ShopeeFacts based on your quarter of Singapore.
North
In Yishun, someone recently searched for “Presents for Angry Wife” on Shopee.
May all be well with you.
If you’re reading this, you might want to consider getting a hair dryer from Dyson for her if she’s still angry.
Someone told me there will be a Shopee promotion so keep your eyes peeled for that.
Not too far away, shoppers from Woodlands collectively checked out over 12,000 pairs of running shoes.
It’s making me wonder what all of you are running from.
In Hougang, a shopper bought 150 packets of spicy ramen in a single checkout.
Praying for your toilet bowl, and you might consider adding some health supplements to your order too.
Central
Shoppers in Ang Mo Kio collectively checked out over 12,000 handheld fans this year.
That’s a lot of fans.
If you’re looking for more of such fans, I heard there will be a price drop so you can keep a lookout for that too.
In Bishan, over 13,800 bottles of sunscreen were purchased this year, keeping their faces looking youthful and fresh.
East
In Bedok, one person checked out 500 boxes of tissues on Valentine’s Day.
Tough luck, buddy.
Tampines recorded the highest number of soundbars purchased in Singapore in 2024.
Collectively, residents in Marine Parade bought over 4,890 bottles of chicken essence this year.
West
Jurong recorded the highest number of air purifiers purchased in Singapore this year.
Perhaps the west has the best air.
Clementi bought over 115,710 milo packets this year.
In Bukit Merah, over 8,000kg of protein powder were bought.
Truly, bulking season never stops.
