A food delivery rider and a security guard were caught tussling in broad daylight in a condominium car park.
The scene was captured on camera by a resident and uploaded on Facebook.
The incident took place on Oct. 31 at about 3pm, in Springdale Condominium along Upper Bukit Timah Road, reported Shin Min Daily News.
One resident told Shin Min that the guard had supposedly refused to let the rider enter the estate to deliver food.

In a video that was nearly 2 minutes long, the guard was seen approaching the rider, who flailed his hands in an attempt to fend him off.
The guard then pointed to something off camera, before advancing towards the rider again.
The rider was pushed back a couple of steps before he shook himself free.
He appeared to storm off with the guard tailing him.
Both fell down
The rider then found himself cornered near garbage bins, where the guard tried to pin his hands behind his back.
They wrestled for about 30 seconds before they both lost their balance and fell to the ground.
When the delivery rider got up first, the guard, who was still on the ground, continued to cling on to him.
He was eventually forced to let go, allowing the rider to escape on his bicycle.
Police investigating
Responding to Mothership's queries, the police said that they had received a call for assistance over the incident.
A 59-year-old man sustained minor injuries bur refused to be sent to the hospital.
Police investigations are ongoing.
