PUB issues numerous flash flood warnings amid heavy rain
PUB officers had also been deployed at several locations to render assistance.

PUB issued numerous flash flood risk warnings across the island on Nov. 22, 2024 amid the heavy afternoon rain.
The national water agency advised the public at around 3:00pm to avoid various areas, including Tanjong Pagar Road, Jalan Boon Lay, and Upper Changi Road.
The public was told to avoid these areas for at least one hour, with the latest alert being at 3:22pm for Jalan Nipah.
PUB officers have also been deployed at several locations such as Yishun Avenue 7 and Wan Tho Avenue to render assistance.
At 2:22pm, PUB stated on X (formerly Twitter) that heavy rain was expected over many areas of Singapore from 2:40pm to 3:40pm.
