PUB issues flash flood warnings for parts of Bukit Timah & other areas
The public is told to avoid these areas.

PUB issued 10 flash flood risk warnings across the island on Nov. 16 amid the heavy afternoon rain.
It includes the following places:
- TPE (Punggol West Flyover)
- Junction of Neo Pee Teck Lane and Pasir Panjang Road
- Jalan Boon Lay (Enterprise Road to International Road)
- Bukit Timah Rd (Wilby Road to Blackmore Drive)
- Junction of Sunset Drive and Sunset Way Road
- Junction of Sunset Drive and Sunset Terrace
- Junction of Lor Kismis and Toh Tuck Rise
- Eng Kong Place (Greenridge Cresent to Eng Kong Garden)
- KJE Slip Road (KJE to Woodlands Road, towards Senja Way)
- Dunearn Road (Yarwood Avenue to Binjai Park)
The alerts were issued on X from 2:57pm to 3:28pm.
The public is told to avoid these areas for at least one hour.
At 2pm on the same day, PUB said that heavy rain was expected over northern, eastern, and western areas of Singapore from 2:10pm to 3:10pm.
