A 46-year-old male driver was sent to the hospital after the minibus he was driving crashed into a road divider along Farrer Road.

In response to Mothership's queries, police said they were alerted to the incident on Nov. 7 at around 5:05am.

Self-skidded

Photos of the incident shared on Facebook on Nov. 7 showed a white minibus completely mounting a road divider in the middle of the road.

The bumper appeared to be severely damaged, and the door of the driver's seat was ajar.

Debris was scattered on the ground next to the minibus.

Police said the vehicle was believed to have self-skidded along Farrer Road towards Adam Road.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force told Mothership that the driver was taken to the National University Hospital.

Investigations are ongoing.
