Someone put up Justin Bieber memes at town council notice board in Yishun

As if we're still living in 2010, someone recently decided to put up printouts of Justin Bieber memes at a Nee Soon Town Council notice board in Yishun.
Pictures of the odd sight started making their rounds on Facebook and Reddit from Nov. 4.

One of the printouts read, "Don't kill yourself, Daddy will miss his little kitten".
Another read, "God gives his toughest battles to his toughest soldiers".
Both printouts depicted Bieber making a hand heart against a Powerpoint-esque background, in the style of a motivational poster.
It is unclear who put up the printouts.
Beside the Bieber printouts were a recyclables collection notice by the Town Council, and a notice in Malay about the new cat management framework in Singapore.
The collection notice was addressed to Yishun residents.
'This is how we stay sane in Yishun'
Online users found the memes humorous.
Some expressed that it seemed like a fun estate to stay in.
"This is how we stay sane in Yishun," another wrote.
Mothership has reached out to the Nee Soon Town Council for comment.
