Pretty tigers with non-threatening look at Thailand zoo win hearts worldwide a la Moo Deng

Thailand seems to be where all the cute animals are.

This time, a zoo in Chiang Mai has sparked widespread interest due to its gorgeous animals in capitvity.

Specifically, a pair of unusually coloured tigers.

Golden tigers

Eva and her sister, Luna, are a pair of golden tigers.

Golden tigers are Bengal tigers with a colour variation caused by a recessive gene, giving them blonde or pale-golden colour fur and red-brown stripes.

According to South China Morning Post, Eva and Luna were born on Feb. 16, 2021, after the park bought their parents from the Czech Republic and South Africa in July 2015.

Very cute, very demure.
