A car was found flipped on its side outside Waterloo Centre on Nov. 19, 2024.
In a video uploaded to Facebook, the car was flipped onto its side in the middle of the road.

The car's boot was popped open, and a Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) personnel could be seen climbing through it.
In response to Mothership's queries, SCDF said it was alerted to a road traffic accident along Waterloo Street on Nov. 19 at 4:20pm.
SCDF assessed a person for minor injuries, but the person declined to be taken to a hospital.
