Singtel users in S'pore hit with mobile network connectivity issues, some unable to access internet or make phone calls
Over 900 reports of outage were made before 10am.
If you are a Singtel user and are facing problems with your phone's network, you might want to try restarting your device.
According to a Facebook post by Singtel on Oct. 24, at 10am, they said they some of its customers might be experiencing "intermittent connectivity issues".
They told such users to restart their devices to resume connectivity.
According to Downdetector, there appeared to be an initial spike at about just after midnight at 12:34am with 160 reports.
The number of reports then began increasing again at about 5am, eventually reaching over 900 reports at about 9:49am.
Most of the reported problems pertained to having no signal, followed by the lack of a mobile internet and being unable to make calls from their mobile phone.
