Huize van Wely, a century-old Dutch patisserie and chocolatier has opened at Raffles Singapore.

The new concept store in Singapore will feature a tea room and bar, offering a range of pastries, ice cream, chocolates, fine wines, champagnes, and cocktails.

Bouchée (S$4.50++ per piece)
The bouchées are chocolate bonbons filled with ganache, gianduja, or marzipan and coated in chocolate.

Champagne (S$65++)
The Huize van Wely's signature champagne cake consists of layers of white chocolate, Moët and Chandon champagne cream ganache, almond sponge, all enrobed in marzipan and finished with a dark chocolate shell.

High tea sets are available at the store, which includes a refreshing cocktail paired with plated desserts.
Since 1922
Founded in 1922 at the historic Noordwijk shop, the patisserie also has retail locations in Haarlem, Heemstede and Amsterdam.
In 1997, the patisserie expanded its presence in Asia with its first outpost in Jakarta, Indonesia.
