Motorcyclist, 52, dies in accident with lorry & trailer along KJE on Oct. 23

A 52-year-old motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene after a road traffic accident involving a lorry, a trailer, and a motorcycle along Kranji Expressway (KJE) towards Pan Island Expressway (PIE).

Footage of the accident has been uploaded online.
The motorcyclist apparently hit the lorry and was then hit by the trailer.
What happened
In a video uploaded on SGRoad Blocks telegram, police officers could be seen directing traffic away from the right side of the road.
The video then focused on a blue tent in the middle of the road, with two officers standing nearby.
A motorcycle could also be seen near the tent.
Motorists reported experiencing traffic jams along Mandai Road and the KJE on Wednesday morning.
Police investigations are ongoing
The police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) confirmed that a road traffic accident happened along KJE towards PIE before the Senja Road exit.
A person was pronounced dead at the scene by an SCDF paramedic.
A 24-year-old male lorry driver was arrested for careless driving causing death.
