The video, posted on Oct. 26 by user gabe, started off with him waiting at a traffic junction.
While waiting for the red light to turn green, a Grab delivery rider's top box toppled while he whizzed off.
Thinking that the loud noise came from a construction site nearby, he paid little attention until he spotted the top box on the road.
Gabe initially thought that someone had fallen, and deliberated dismounting from his bike to help.
Deciding that he had enough time to rush in and clear the road, Gabe rushed onto the road to remove the box amidst traffic.
He picked up the top box and moved it to the side of the road, before returning to pick up what appeared to be plastic bags.
At this point, the Grab rider returned and picked up the plastic bags from the road.
The load contained a GrabMart order with a few large bottles of water.
Gabe soon returned to his bike in time for the light to turn green.
"Hope that [brother] managed to handle everything," he captioned, visibly panting as he mounted his bike and continued his journey.
Gracious actions
Commenters applauded Gabe's gracious actions.
Grab Singapore also commented on his TikTok, thanking Gabe for helping out a fellow rider.
