Man seen sitting in middle of Jurong West road hugging his knees

A man was seen sitting in a foetal position in the middle of the road in Jurong West, which led to concerns about his safety.
The video, posted on Instagram by sgfollowsall, showed a man hugging his knees and sitting along Jalan Buroh in Jurong West on Oct. 27 at about 6pm.
He had his head bowed.
The video was shot by a vehicle passing the road at the time.
Comments in response to the video expressed concern about the man's safety.

8world reported that a member of the public contacted the police about the incident.
However, when the police arrived, the man was gone.
